Jim and Aubrey describe their home buying experience with Lucien and Native Sun Realty. Jim and Aubrey are an active duty military family relocating due to a change in duty stations. Moving to a new area is always a challenge and can be even more stressful when the military member is deployed which places much of the burden on the spouse that remains behind. This was the case for Jim and Aubrey. Fortunately, Jim was able to take leave to attend the closing. This was the first time he had seen the home in person.
